ParishMart acts as a digital platform that connects donors with verified parishes, causes, and nonprofit organizations. ParishMart is not a 501(c)(3) entity and does not issue tax-deductible receipts. All tax-deductible acknowledgments are issued directly by the receiving parish, school, or organization listed on the receipt.
Each organization is solely responsible for maintaining its nonprofit status, EIN, donation records, tax acknowledgments, and compliance with federal and state regulations. ParishMart facilitates the donation transaction and transfers the funds to the designated organization but does not assume responsibility for the tax treatment or classification of such donation.
